Procera Gets a New CEO

Procera Networks announced today that its Board of Directors has "..named Lyndon Cantor [pictured] as chief executive officer to replace James Brear, who has announced his departure from the company"

This comes shortly after Procera was acquired by Francisco Partners Management turning it back to a private company (see "Procera Networks' Acquisition Completed Successfully" - here).

".. Lyndon Cantor has 30 years of experience in telecommunication and enterprise technology markets. Most recently he served as president of Tektronix Communications [recently acquired by NetScout Systems], a network assurance solutions provider serving network operators across fixed, mobile and cable environments. In his three years as president, Cantor helped increase revenue from $323 million to $463 million, while considerably increasing operating margins. He also drove an aggressive innovation agenda that launched several new products".
